Dr. Trey Turner has experience as a church leader in various capacities over the last 30 years. He has worked in pastoral care, denominational teams, church staffs, and as a church planter with other church planters. His experience as a police chaplain has given him compassion for ministry leaders who need to debrief the challenges of ministry to restore function and joy. He wants to use his networks and training to give insightful tools to leaders so they can have the best leadership years yet. For so many, they need these tools to restore joy to ministry.  
Trey has Enneagram certification giving him unique tools which helped him to become aware of internal motivations he used to become healthier in life and ministry.
